Health Preventions
Before the trip, we recommend you to get hold of an international medical insurance, as it is recommended any time you travel.
In Mexico, in any drugstore, you can purchase a wide variety of medicines without the need of a medical recipe, as for headache, stomachache, light infection and cold.
It important to remind you that Mexican food is delicious but sometimes depending on your habits indigestive. Do not abuse of spicy and oily food and bring with you basic medication for light infections and diarrhea. A useful tips is that you avoid eating on the street and raw food.

Tips and Bargaining
Mexico has a full variety of restaurants from all kind cuisine and budgets. Generally we leave tips from 10% to 15% depending on the quality and the service offered.
Bargaining is a common practice in Markets and Mexican “tianguis” as method to negotiate the price. The common way to do it it´s asking: Is it the less or the lower? , “¿es lo menos?”, it becomes like a game between the buyer and the merchant in order to get the best bargain. |
