1. TEOTIHUACAN
   

You can´t go without visiting the Archaeological site in Teotihuacán, ¨the place where men become gods ¨. 2. PUEBLA
 
   
Cholula, Puebla was, besides an important commercial center, place of cult to Quetzalcoatl. The pyramid ¨Chiconahui Quiáhuitl is dedicated to the God of the Rain and its base, of 450m for side, is the biggest of the world. You can visit the interior buildings of the pyramid across magnificent tunnels that were a prowess of excavation.

3. MONTE ALBÁN
 
   

Monte Albán's Archaeological Zone in Oaxaca is the former capital of the Zapotec culture. Due to his incalculable artistic and cultural value of the buildings that shape it, the one´s rise up to almost two thousand meters on the level of the sea, Monte Albán has been declared as Patrimony of the Humanity by the UNESCO.  Mitla was the second most important ceremonial centre after Monte Alban; the largest attraction in Mitla is, without a doubt, the varied ornamentation of its buildings, and the great tombs from the Zapotec royalty. 4. THE SUMIDERO CANYON
 
   

The Sumidero Canyon in San Cristóbal de las Casas is created by the Grijalva´s river which runs northwards through it. It is an inspiring canyon whose dramatic cliffs of up to one kilometer high and the river's depth of up to 100 meters deep dwarf anything in its presence. Don’t miss a walk around this city with a charming blend of colonial architecture and indigenous culture. 5. PALENQUE
 
   
Palenque, one of the most important archaeological zones of the Mayan world, established in the heart of the tropical jungle, it possesses beautiful constructions such as " The Palace ", and the mysterious Temple of the Inscriptions, in which the tomb with an imponent sarcophagus from king Pakal was discovered; King Pakal was the former leader of the City who gave the orders to construct this building in order that, to his death, this temple was used as it sacred tomb. 6. MERIDA
 
   

Merida, the “white City ", is known by its beautiful colonial made buildings that assemble as few cities in the country, history, art, tradition and culture. We recommend you to get on a "calesa", which is a kind of carriage ride by horses, the most important avenue of this city: the Paseo Montejo, in which they stand out ancient but beautiful houses of the 19th century. 7. CHICHÉN ITZÁ

8. PLAYA DEL CARMEN

9. TULUM
 
   

Tulum is an Archaeological Site constructed on a cliff in the Caribbean Sea. It was the city and port where the former priests and astronomers observed the celestial vault. His settlers used to call Tulum ¨saama ¨ or dawn, because its geographical location allows observing the Sun rise. 10. XOCHIMILCO
 
   
The floating gardens of Xochimilco were no built for leisure purposes, but were essential elements of The Aztec Agricultural system. In the Aztec´s brilliantly conceived system, chinampas, (artificial islands), were made by piling soil and mud onto floating rafts. They became fertile islands, supporting several crops per year.

Eating Tacos: The maize tortilla is the main food of the Mexican culture; our natives consumed the maize in the form of tortilla basically. In those times, they were not used to forks or spoons so they used the tortilla to eat meat or stews without soiling their hands. 2. EAT MOLE POBLANO
   
 
Eat mole poblano: Don´t forget that Puebla is the main culinary center of Mexico; its gastronomy conjugates perfectly pre-Hispanic, Arab, French and Spanish inheritance that is reflected in its famous plates like the mole poblano. The history of this famous plate goes back to the pre-Columbian time. 3. LISTEN TO MARIACHI
   
 
Listen to mariachi and BUY a VERY MEXICAN HAT: The mariachi has its origin in the coca natives that inhabited the region of Guadalajara and Colima; they used to concentrate themselves around the Main Temple to intone songs and dances from which famous jarabe tapatío arises. They were denominated mariachi that in coca language means: ¨ Lo que suena Corrido¨.
